Who is Liable If You are Injured?

Since 1986, when the highly-reactive Whopping Cough vaccine was causing constant lawsuits, all vaccine developers have been protected by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. (NVICP). This program is comically notorious for bankrupting and discrediting anyone who dares file a complaint in this "vaccine court."

Lawyers and parents spend years going back and forth to Washington DC (sometimes way past when the injured child has already died), and seldom find relief. Mysteriously, billions of dollars have still been rewarded secretly to parents, of course after they were sworn to silence in the settlement.

If you feel like you have had a serious adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine, please do careful research on what avenues are open.

Tracking COVID-19 Vaccine Reactions

CDC COVID Data Tracker — Vaccinations are now being tracked on CDC's COVID Data Tracker https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/?ACSTrackingID=USCDC_425-DM45736&ACSTrackingLabel=Weekly%20Summary%3A%20COVID-19%20Healthcare%20Quality%20and%20Worker%20Safety%20Information%20%E2%80%93%20January%2011%2C%202021&deliveryName=USCDC_425-DM45736#vaccinations

Numbers reported on CDC’s website are validated through a submission process with each jurisdiction and may differ from numbers posted on other websites. Differences between reporting jurisdictions and CDC’s website may occur due to the timing of reporting and website updates.

How to Report COVID Vaccine-Related Adverse Events — As Americans start receiving their first COVID-19 vaccines, additional data on potential adverse events are needed in real time. Healthcare providers will play a critical role in reporting vaccine-related adverse events through the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS)   https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/programs/vfc/providers/reports.html#vaers   Providers can also encourage individual patients to self-report potential adverse events as they occur through v-safe https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/vsafe.html?ACSTrackingID=USCDC_425-DM45736&ACSTrackingLabel=Weekly%20Summary%3A%20COVID-19%20Healthcare%20Quality%20and%20Worker%20Safety%20Information%20%E2%80%93%20January%2011%2C%202021&deliveryName=USCDC_425-DM45736

CCD Health Systems has just released an NGO web-based application, available to the general public, to collect adverse side-effects resulting from vaccines including the latest COVID-19 vaccine. The website was built on CCD’s widely used Incident Analyst software and has been adapted to answer questions that will track, trend and display to the public effects of these vaccines.  The intent for this app is to give those who have received a vaccine a safe place to report symptoms that they feel may have impacted their health. The information collected by the application will be made available to change-makers for the purpose of legislating for safer vaccines. Anyone can anonymously report at http://www.vaxxtracker.com. This site allows users to report unwanted side-effects through a simple, short questionnaire.  President of CCD Systems, Mike Porisky says, “For many years we have been asked to consider developing a vaccine reporting site. That time has come. While some countries have established similar government launched reporting systems, VaxxTracker was specifically built as a nonpartisan response to sites which may have venal agendas.” Mike Porisky CCD Health Systems PH:  (800) 862-9939 Cell: (604) 928-4414 Office hours: 9 - 6 PST.
